In being a mom (my son is now 19!), author, helping my husband run his market/fruit stand, I have found that the most important aspect of yoga on and off the mat is fine tuning and deepening individual self-love. With more self acceptance and inner well-being, the core of our circle of relationships in career to personal, blossom from a deeper sense of self.
